Louisville Children's Museum is unique.
We know that children interpret their surroundings in different ways than adults, and providing opportunities for play that honor their everyday experience is important. Our activities are locally rooted (Louisville and the surrounding area), and allow for imagination and discovery.
While the Museum build plans to fund a permanent location, the goals of our mission are currently met through our Mobile Museum. The Mobile Museum provides hands-on learning experiences for children and families, and can be brought to schools, festivals, small events, and more.
The Louisville Children's Museum mission is to spark the curiosity of children of all ages by creating unique learning experiences, which nurture and promote family interaction.
